Celebrate!

We closed on my condo on February 15th!  Here's my celebratory Frappuccino enjoyed immediately after sending in the closing paperwork :)

We are so thankful to God for doing the impossible and doing it quickly!  We did not miss a single payment and they still approved the short sale only a couple of months after the offer was received.  Wow.  Everything went so smoothly.  Many thanks to all who prayed with us!
